On August 1, we invite you to celebrate Switzerland's birthday with us - with an extraordinary barbecue event!

A variety of delicious grilled specialities await you. The talented chef of Buech John Schiffmann created culinary masterpieces. He ensures an unforgettable taste experience! From succulent meat and fresh fish to vegetarian delights. With a picturesque view over Lake Zurich, we start the August 1st dinner with an appetizer, Travolta, followed by the finest delicacies straight from the grill, freshly prepared for our guests. We serve homemade ice cream from our Schlattgut farm for a sweet finish.
